Grow a true gourmet delicacy with our Caper Bush seeds. This unique and beautiful Mediterranean native is the source of capers, the pickled flower buds that are essential to many classic dishes. The plant itself is a stunning, low-growing, trailing shrub with beautiful, exotic-looking white and pink flowers. It is incredibly tough and drought-tolerant, thriving in hot, dry conditions and poor soil where little else will grow. This is a rewarding project for any adventurous gardener or chef.
