Grow a beautiful culinary surprise with our Chioggia Beet seeds. This treasured Italian heirloom looks like a classic red beet on the outside, but slice it open to reveal stunning, candy-cane-striped rings of red and white. It\’s a true showstopper! The flavor is wonderfully sweet and mild, lacking the strong earthiness of other beets, which makes it perfect for slicing raw into salads. The leafy green tops are also delicious and can be cooked just like spinach.
