Grow an amazing and easy substitute for French Tarragon with our Mexican Mint Marigold seeds. This heirloom herb is prized for its aromatic, glossy green leaves that have a delicious, sweet, anise-tarragon flavor. It is much easier to grow from seed and more tolerant of heat than true French Tarragon, making it a perfect choice for most home gardens. In late summer, the plant is covered in a profusion of small, bright, golden-yellow, single marigold flowers.
